Hodgen hybrid 100

Picked up a jug at sportsman warehouse last night, any opinions on it

They also had accurate 4350 but they have a one jug limit on powders so I went with the hodgen.

I like it.’I use it in my .260 hunting rifle and .270 wit Barnes Bullets

I’ve got a pound of it but haven’t used it. Can’t remember why I bought it. Maybe to try in the .243 or 7-08. Sorry. I know that’s not really any help.

It has some strong velocities and is kinda sooty

I just picked up some for my 270win, but am using hornady 140 btsp.
Also got 1000 large rifle primers today.

Hybrid 100 is a "ball" powder that has been extruded into short granules .... It's burn speed is between H4350 & H4831 .... That is the "Hybrid" part .....

I've never used that powder but looking at data for various cartridges, it looks like it tends to give very good velocity.
