These two showed up in my yard yesterday.
Do they look like escaped pets to you?
They had no fear of me.

You better run them off….people turn them loose because of the damage they do. I knew a guy who was an animal lover, he had birds, snakes, dogs, cats and 1 potbelly pig. His backyard looked like an artillery range. He said he would never own another. I’d imagine they would eat just like any other hog.

Pets. Their fat is supposed to render an exceptional oil.

If they stick around, I`d scald and butcher them for the meat and render the fat out for lard and cracklins`.
My wife was all”don’t hurt them they’re cute “ until I told her they would mess with her Rat terriers and maybe lead to an all night chase just to recover the dogs.
Now she’s all “shoot them”.

Somebody is missing them. Spread the word amongst neighbors & Id imagine somebody will come get them shortly.

I’m letting the neighbors know.
I am sure they won’t last long once gun season opens.
But I doubt I’ll shoot them unless they cause problems.
