Holla for Marsala

Made this up last night. It was very good. Chicken Marsala with rosemary oven-roasted taters and garlic bread. Good eats.

Best herb plant we ever bought is rosemary....rosemary goes with a lot things.

Basil is another good one that we have growing in a pot at the house.

Yep, you get a rosemary plant going good you'll have more than you and most of your extended family could ever use!!! Mint too for that matter. I like to grow a lot different herbs in my garden.

It's just a suggestion but you might consider adding something green and leafy every now and then.

There's some parsley on top of that chicken , thank you very much. It's green, and it's leaves.

Looks great! Cept for them awful, no good for nothin mushrooms! I can handle the mushroom sauce but not the actual mushrooms.
