Hooch Hybrids

Got to Ringer right after first light this morning. Dealt with an unforeseen battery issue and finally got on the water around 8:00. Fished from just up of New River to just downstream of Glovers and caught fish at every stop. Had a good flurry of activity at one stop upstream of Snake Creek. Still a heavy stain and strong current, temps were 55-56. All nice sized hybrids and a flathead or two mixed in. Most on cut Shad and a few on live. Hopefully we get a week or so with no rain after tonight. Wind was horrible…..

Nice catch!!! I bet the wind was brutal!! Hopefully tonight won’t be that bad!!

It was rough to say the least that little stretch from Graysons down to Ringer. Looks like no more appreciable rain until the middle of next week as it stands now, hopefully that will help.
