How long can we stay atop the food chain?

This is usually how one race ascends to the top of the food chain people...having the wherewithal and knowledge of camouflage to hide from predators and prey alike. Can’t be all that bright because the original pattern seemed more effective! No end to canvases for the artist’s of today! ;>)

I had a friend that spray painted a box turtle like that olive green and glued the spray can cap to the turtle's top then glued a painted bic pen to the slot in the cap.

Best "tank" ever but my parents were not amused with our 4th or 5th grade prank.

Thankfully, the poor turtle got away from us. We refound him down the street a month or so later and decided to leave tank be. Fwiw - his turret was absent.

I’m guilty of signing them with a Sharpie when I used to cruise timber for a living. Never found the same one twice.
