Think you are in Jasper county. I imagine you have a great many of those.

Here are some from a few years back north and west of you - these jokers seem to be swarming at times.

The one with the light that seems refracted is one of my favorite images.

I am betting you have a lot of them and there are some whoppers in there. Waaaay back when (1981 or 82) I was in a bow only club a few miles outside of Hardeeville and there were some good ones there.

I’m in south Jasper County. Nothing we have is even close to those in antler growth yet. I doubt they have much growing left as thin as the velvet is. Always amazes me how quick they grow.

you are at the point where you might get another inch or two of tine length but you're not really going to notice it over the next 2 months of them having velvet on them, so what you see is pretty much what you are going to get....only smaller once that velvet comes off.
