Two years ago the land next to where I have lived and grew up on came up for sell. The first part I bought I paid cash for and was clear. The second part I actually went to a bank and borrowed the money where I had to put up 15% v/s the 25% where I usually do my banking at a credit union. The last part was done through an online auction and was paid cash also. Im looking for some land now to build me a hunting camp on near our hunting land and I've done a good bit of looking,searching and riding around quitman county but haven't really found what I've been looking for. I did email the timber company that we lease from and asked about buying some from them and was told they would but 100ac is the smallest they sell and I'm not wanting that much right now
