I do and I love deer. For the record I’ve never been elk hunting. I just want to go. A meat market here carries elk.

Looks great! Elk is delicious. My niece and her husband go to Colorado elk hunting every year, and sometimes she'll give me some meat. Yeah, it's better than deer, and I love deer meat.

No doubt. I'm also jealous that my niece who I call the daughter I never had doesn't invite me to go elk hunting. We have a good many elk here now. I look at them greedily, but I've been a good boy so far.

A lot of meat indeed. We prefer to put in for cow tags a young cow is great table fare. An old bull can get a little strong but they are majestic, but good eats as well.
