@godogs57 another beauty. Still a little time to get it bloody here in Oklahoma on a pig or deer. You and my GF pulled one over on me.

Thanks so much. They are a royal pain to make and your comments make it worth the time invested. You essentially have to make the knife twice. First to shape and finish the handle. Then you have to take it apart to etch and finish the blade. Only then can you glue it up and call it done. Glue up is a mess because the epoxy oozes out everywhere. Just a mess. Qtips and WD-40 used to clean up everything before the epoxy hardens. As you can imagine I don’t use 5 minute or 30 minute epoxy. I use an industrial grade of epoxy that fortunately has a 24 hour cure. That way you see the lines of the Damascus along the spine. Lotta makers don’t go to that trouble….
