Can of drained peas. Boiled eggs. Mayo. Salt & pepper. Simple, just like mama always made it.

Picnic roast tonight with carrots onion and taters. This a younger hog with less fat - they make better roast.

Didn’t take me long to cure that craving @NCHillbilly flung on me!
Threw some links on the traeger while the wife grilled up some peppers & onions, along with some burgers for lunch-I hurt myself, but man was this a good meal!


Best burger I’ve had in quite a while!
The grilt bun & grilled onions took it to another level…

She also made up some queso dip. I’ll partake in it a little later-Back to shoveling dirt now!

Cooked up a bunch of backstrap medallions for breakfast. The beauty of that plan was nobody home at lunch but me. Little mustard and a leftover canned biscuit. All to myself.
