Been up a while catching up..light rain here this mornin, feels good as hot as it’s been maybe yesterday’s big boy will stumble in to bow range!! Good read this mornin..congratulations again to all of the Killers sleepin in!!

Had 3 different bucks in the corn at sunset last night…one just about took an arrow a little too dark for me to feel good about slingin one…but man he was a black river bottom dude with a bunch of headgear!!

Safe travels brother and big congrats again on a stud KS Bucky!…Im tied in and counting stars waiting on first smidge of light…Im in double ladder that JT killed his famous droptine yrs ago that put me in hospital with back surgery!… Wanted to hunt newer stand 100 yds past this one but can’t cross flooded creek, hopefully get across it at lunch??…Ive had two shooters in bow range and couldn’t put it together, asking for a third chance is a lot with mature whitetails but who knows???… Good luck to all in a tree and wear those fall protections!!… Just a few more days in KS to get it done, then home for a few before back to IL and MO!!… Nov 10 in the Midwest is trying to start…

I’m back had zero signal yestday afternoon but it was slow it has warmed up on us some with low this morning at 51. I’m in a sweet spot with a nice west wind pushing back into a pasture. I am overlooking a nice 5 ac crp field with big hardwoods surrounding. Good luck everyone

Settled on a tucked away bean field, can see a long ways in the fields behind me
Too so hopefully I grab a cruising giants attention once it gets daylight.

Already had a small buck walk right under the stand, now I need his great grandpappy to follow suite.

I took a gamble and came to the edge of a picked peanut field. Was hoping to catch a doe or hog at first light. Nothing so far. Weatherman called for no rain. Guess what. It just rained. Thankfully it’s so hot it just made things cooler. Lol. Gonna give it a bit more and call it a morning

I'm On the edge of a block of timber I wanted to hunt yesterday. Took a bit to get in here. Flat 4 wheeler tire. Intestional issue but at least I didn't fall in it. When is Southwest this morning. A little fog. Saw 2 in the field on other side of creek made me rethink my choice but been wanting to get in here. Looked like a grown deer with another larger bodied following.
