Made a change after checking cams this morning it def seems the bucks are locked down here. So carried a set in will do a ol hang and bang just down wind of a big bedding area hoping a big buck breaks away from his doe and comes looking for another

Spike runs by looking for a lady…saw him coming from about 300 yds with half an eaten apple in my mouth…didn’t he know it was snack time. Thanks to all our vets today

In what feels like a killing spot. Tucked in a small pinch point off to the west side of an overgrown pasture. Thick cedars make everything congregate on this point. Let’s do this!!!

Scott’s sitting where Bubba killed at several years ago in what now has become the spot Steve Hall became Mr Whitetail in the mind of Bubba! Let’s hope it happens for Scott today!

I’m Live!

I’m in a ladder that sits in a little pinch at an over grown power line and a little green field at the top of a hill. I’m hoping the deer will come from the ag fields below and behind me and and past me to get to the hardwood hillside in front.

It’s a cool 42 with a NE wind touching my right cheekbone.

Lights already broke!

Watching 2 more does at the top of the power line and this funky racked buck shows up and runs one off.

2 baby bucks down here with me. All of the bucks so far are on the move

Finally got in the stand at the farm here in Georgia, nothing moving yet, already been 3 bucks taken since gun season opened. Maybe one or two left, if not, plenty of does. Good luck ya'll

Lots of chasing going on in grown up field to my right. Only seeing flashes of deer running back and forth.

That was an insane few minutes. That’s why I love this stuff. All quiet now except for the squirrels that weren’t happy about all the excitement.
