July 22, 2020 report Ossabaw Sound area

Left Belle's Landing at about noon on the high tide for some trout action. Went to the sound and fished a creek behind Wassaw Isl. What a beautiful place. I never get tired of it's beauty. Found some fish on the second drop. Caught plenty of shorts, but couldn't find any keepers. Fish bit from the time we hit the drop until the tide went slack. Caught about 25 trout, 1 of which was barely a keeper. Nice to get on the water with a good friend.
