One of my customers went to Kentucky 3 weeks ago and bought 250 acres for 450.00 per acre --- leased 200 acres that joined it for 5.00 per acre and is back up there right now closing on another 225 acres. (all for hunting)

It's all located about 30 miles from the Ohio state line.

Unbelievable in the difference -- maybe everybody wants to live in Georgia. :

Woody I know what your talking about. we found one for sale up there 55 acres with a 2 story house that needed rebuilding for $55,000. When we called they went up to $65.000 we talked about it and decided to wait they have some good prices in Kentucky.
