Sunday, I spatchcocked and brined a chicken, then put it on the Akorn with some pecan smoke. Breasts carved out for supper, the rest pulled and vac-sealed for Tex-mex goodness in a few days. Add some fried squash, garlic-dill new taters, grilled sparegrass, and garlic bread, and this was almost edible.
