Dang, you remind me of, well, me...I was taught in my boyhood the importance of really seeing things, and thinking about them from all sides.

Makes just about anything interesting if you look at it in the right way.

It is a skill that I hope to pass on to my grandboys...

I've been jonesing to go fishing, and since I am old enough to appreciate it, you just saved me a trip...

I enjoyed that. I cut my teeth fishing a creek just like that a few counties over from you. It ran through the front yard of family friends of my mamaw and pap but just a few miles from their house. I try to fish it a few times a year and it hasn't changed much in the last 30 years. It's a small creek and I've caught dozens of 20" fish from it over the years and yep, one in particular hangs on my wall. Well done sir.
