Last year I sold a .88 acre tract I had for $15000 here in SC. It wasn’t near worth that but the guy that wanted it wouldn’t take no for an answer and he had money to part with and I guess I was in the mood that day to entertain a sucker. Your offers are ridiculously low. If they’re willing to offer $14 I know they think it’s worth $28-35. They probably want it for development.

I get them for my house all the time, letters get shredded, but the phone calls, I tell them I want 500k ( the house is only valued at 230k) they normally hang up and don't call back...
