I am looking for a lease to ride ATV's on. I am respectful of property and will stick to paths, unless otherwise told. I ride on my buddies lease now, but it is too small for my newer powerful atvs. I am wanting to ride a couple times a week on the property. I am not interested in hunting on the property. I do not litter, and I am respectful of rules you want to set as well.
I am willing to pay for this riding lease. I have my own 5 acres, and my buddies is around 20 rideable, but I am looking for something larger to ride on.
I would be interested in taking part ownership(50/50 split) on a large parcel of land. We can work logistics with my broker he is licensed in AL, GA, and FL.
