Found some kinda healthy flatbreads in the store and decided to see how they'd hold up to a quick pizza treatment. Did pretty well. Red pepper cream sauce, tomato, ricotta, and basil on one. Red pepper, artichoke hearts, diced bacon, and mozzarella on the other.

I definitely win ugliest dish tonight. lol

hamburger steak, mushrooms/onions. not sure why I grabbed the milk instead of beef stock? but it was thick, and good. was a lot of leftover gravy, I'll conjure up something for breakfast tomorrow.

I had 4 chili dogs- just chili about an hour ago and got enough left for 6 more.

Chip that beef up, add some sour cream and you got a Redneck Stroganoff.


And I ain't had Stroganoff in a while. The X made a mean one. CRAVING FLUNG.

Found some cube steak that needed cooking with a little Worcestershire sauce an A1 for a quick snack. Got another one in the pan.
