Mountain Turkeys or field Turkeys?

Grew up hunting South/Central Florida birds, love those cypress swamps and flat prairies(except the mosquitoes). I have been hunting mountain birds for the last 25 years, they are a blast, but hard on this older
Only hunted mountain birds once and really enjoyed it. But I really love hunting them South Georgia birds. Big mature pines surrounded by a hardwood creek bottom is the ticket.
I saw a flock of about 100 mountain turkeys out in a cut cornfield a couple days ago. What do I call those ones? :)

I grew up learning to hunt mountain/hill turkeys. First hunted swamp birds when I was 20 or so, pretty much the same tactics just different obstacles. Now field turkeys are kin to Satan....
