Congratulations on a nice buck. You have done a fine job.

I know where you are coming from as I had to teach myself how to deer hunt too. I wore out those old GON newspaper styled issues and everything else that I could read. I went one year without seeing a deer and the second year still without getting a shot at one.

The journal is a good idea and get those kids out there with you as soon as they show an interest. Best of luck at #2 and many more.
