My velvet buck

5 years in the freezer and no damage.
I guess anything is possible.
I’ve never ever shot a buck in velvet.

I had an old man that did taxidermy for 30+ years tell me if you put velvet in the freezer for 4-5 years it will freeze dry and will be good to go. I was afraid it would still rot so I had a local taxidermist soak it. Came out perfect
