I've got a pair of Chippewas logging boots- good boots for working. I bought a pair of Meindls this fall and I'm very very happy with them. I dont expect to have to buy another pair of heavy-duty hunting boots in my lifetime. Totally water-proof too. I cant brag on them enough. I wear Saloman hiking boots pretty much every day I'm not hunting. I love them too. I have two pairs of them so I can alternate wearing them. The oldest pair are not very waterproof anymore but man are they comfortable.
