Night Fishing On Tybee

I've looked online but can't seem to find any info.

Does Tybee Beach shut down and open at certain times? In other words, can I fish the beach and/or piers late at night? 10pm? 12am? Maybe 1 or 2 in the morning? Or is that against the rules? There's nothing on the publicly posted beach rules & regs (https://www.cityoftybee.org/220/Beach-Rules-Regulations) which would seem to imply fishing at any time is okay.

I'd have a lantern and a low power headlight that'd be turned off when I'm not using it. Obviously not playing music or making a racket.

I'm sure others have first hand knowledge, but I no a lot of people fish at night on the pier.

Ive fished the beach at night. No issues.

I have known someone who caught an 8 foot bull shark off Tybee beach in the wee hours of the morning back in about 2013. The catch got a lot of attention and I do not remember any fuss about the time it was caught.
