One less yote in Jackson County

Called this little male in this morning with a P.A.W.S. screamin' cottontail call. I set up about 70 yards from a creek just after dawn. Roughly 7 minutes into the stand, this guy popped up from the creek bed about 65 yards away. 50gr Federal JHP knocked him back into the creek where he expired. (hence the wet fur in the photo)

I've been scouting the same area for deer so I'm glad there's one less coyote around.

I'm in Jackson Co. too! I didn't hear about that but I'd sure like to hunt a bear!!!!
