Outboard mechanic question

I am in the process of rebuilding my 2001 Yamaha 225 vmax 0X66 3.1 EFI 2 stroke outboard.

The block/powerhead is at the machine shop now getting a new sleeve in #6 and a good honing in the other 5 cylinders. While it is being worked on I am trying to get all my new parts ordered. My question is should I replace the 9 Labyrinth rings on the crankshaft while I have it tore apart or is it common practice to reuse these rings. I have looked at many rebuild kits and none of them come with these rings so it leads me to believe they are reusable like the connecting rods. I am putting all new pistons and rings and main bearings and connecting rod bearings with new cap bolts and of course new gaskets and seals.

Just would like to hear from someone with experience on this. I don't mind spending the 150 for new ones but I also don't want to waste money on parts I don't really need. Thank you

Even though it is "non friction" just wondering if it could still have some minute variances in gap measurement in the inner circumference from age, heat and wear? With the machine shop work, other new parts and the time in tear-down and re-assembly, $150 seems like a well spent insurance policy. Could mean the difference in enjoying the lake or being towed back to your trailer and repeating the whole process again. I'm like you - I hate to spend money on unnecessary parts, but I have also beat my head on a wall before for not spending that extra amount when it could have prevented a mishap, especially that deep in the engine. Just a thought .....

Thank you Eudora. You just reinforced my thoughts as well. A 150 dollar insurance policy to cover one less thing going wrong would actually be a good investment. Appreciate your response sir.
