We are definitely seeing an uptick in deer traffic.

Bucks and does.

Shame is several cams have run out of capacity or run out of battery, so we are not getting everything.

Feels like we are ramping up!

That rope scrape is the silliest thing I have ever seen!

You keep posting those, I'm going to drive right on by my place tomorrow.
Not much further to yours.

They will show you where to park.

You will have to have some fresh candy and cookies, though.

Hey fellas. Signal up in the Colorado mountains was pretty weak, so I couldn't post any updates. We had a great week. Hiked around 20 miles in a few days. Saw around 45 or so mule deer, a few cows, and a couple bulls. Unfortunately, I was the only one to tag a muley. Really hoped my buddies would get a bull, but they were not cooperating. My muley was on day 5. He wasn't the biggest thing in the world, but after many close encounters, I was running out of time. He's my first, so I'll take it. It was cold and snowing and that made for a cool hunt. We left a day early because our heater broke and we woke up to single digit temps in our tent. No one wanted a repeat of that today. Beautiful country and I can't wait to do it again. Perhaps in better shape. :D
