My trolling motor set up on a Pelican Catch 100. I've been fishing from Pelican Catch series kayaks for 6 years and I've owned the 100, 120 and 110. I tried a front mount on the 120 with stick steering, a center mount trolling motor on the 110 using the rudder to steer and this is my latest set up on the 100 that I like the best. The front mount gives you great control, but it's in the way if you skipping baits under docks or brush. It also is in the way when you land in shallow water or when you are trying to retrieve a stuck bait from brush. I've also had fish get wrapped around it. The center set-up is great, but the Pelican pedal drive series is much more expensive and the rudder control is not as responsive as the rear mounted motor. I have a WaterSnake T24 in the center mount 110, but I think the T18 works just as good. It's lighter, cheaper and uses less battery. This would work with any make / model of fishing Kayak.
