I can only post pictures from computer. I have a galaxy s9 and csnt resize from my phone.

A couple things you can try: 1.) crop the picture a bit of possible (this works well for me) 2.) take a screen shot of the picture and post that.

I've found that a screenshot loads much faster & no need to resize.
