Very young club (this will be our second season) needs 4 members. Club is made up of 1600+_ acres in three separate tracts. Tracts are as follows: 454 acres on the Savannah river (just added) Awesome property loaded with game. Plenty of deer, turkeys and hogs as well as a beautiful oxbow lake that is loaded with fish. Lake has boat landing and private canal to the Savannah river. Property is directly across the river from Clyo, GA. Tract #2 is 870 acres in Pineland, SC. Property consists of all stages of planted pines with hardwood fingers running throughout. Tract #3 is located in Coosawhatchie and is just over 200 acres. Property fronts on the Coosawhatchie river. Beautiful camp area with good saltwater fishing from shore. Great deer hunting. Boat landing about a mile down the road. Dues are $2,000/season. We will have a total of 20 members. Sounds like a great, multi season place to be a part of.

My biggest wish is that we had fishing - you have that in spades.

Great deer territory also.

I see or hear of guys that hunt all year and struggle to see or kill deer - that is not gonna happen in your neck of the woods.

Just drove through this area of SC last week and have always thought it looked like prime game habitat. If I thought I had the time to hunt it like I'd want, I'd be all over it. Sounds like a good club with good people!
