Now that looks good!!!

I tried a new way ( It was new to me, anyway), Hanaage technique, which was a bit tricky, but it made a bunch of super crispy bits that were yummy and held sauce. It stayed crunchy for a couple hours till my girls got home. The only reason they got any was cause I made 16 of them.
