Pond weed id and how to kill it

George,
Fought pond weeds for many years with chemicals. Mine used to look worse than the pix of yours. Put some sterile 8-10 inch grass carp in my 1 acre pond about two years ago. Took them about a year to totally clean it up-no weeds whatsoever. They're quite big now..... Shoulda done it sooner.
Got them from Mitchells Fish hatchery. On 21 just north of Springfield. 40 minute ride from the 'Boro.

It looks like naiad to me, diquat should clear it up.
