Poppers for supper

Didn't need anything else after 7 of these.

Jalepnos with cream cheese and cheddar and garlic powder and a few drops of habenero wrapped in bacon. Started on the grill and finished under a broiler.

Sumn serious!

Ground meat/taco meat/sausage/chorizo mixed in to the cream cheese with a pack of ranch powder is also pretty amazing.

Yep. I'v made em with ground and with a cutlet of backstrap. Always a good bite!

I love those things, and your's look great! The best I ever had were bacon wrapped jalapeno and pheasant grilled over a mesquite fire. Washed down with a little firewater.

There are so many things you can do with a pepper and strip of bacon!

I was gonna drop in the air fryer, but didnt want to wait in a second batch. I bet they would have been even better in the air fryer. Probably even crispier
