Posting pics from iphone

Everytime i try and post a pic from the woods. It always says the file is too large. How do i resize it from the phone any help would be greatly appreciated.

App store,try an app called Desqueez,,,,works good,,,,

What works for me is to bring up the pic, hit "edit," then the "rotate" icon at the bottom left. When that screen comes up there will be a little icon on the bottom right that looks like stacked pages. hit that, then "4:3," and that usually does it for me. Or, you can set your phone cam to a lower resolution.
