A staffer tried to walk me through via PM but it's not working for me.

Here's a screenshot of my profile page with some redactions. Can someone explain to me where I can navigate from here to find the warnings and infractions page that is viewable to the user?

From the page you show you can probably click on Profile and a link to warnings will be just below and to the right of the avatar picture there.

If that doesn't work then:

Go to one of your posts.
Right Click on your user name beneath your avatar picture.
A pop up window will open.
Click on the top option, "open link in a new tab".
A new tab will open in your browser.
Go to that tab and just below your avatar picture there you should see a link to your warnings.

Then there is a glitch in the system somewhere Fletch and it is beyond my level of expertise.

Maybe it's a SQL timer where infractions over ten years old don't show up, so they should be expunged.
