PROJECT ADMIN
Job description:
• The Project Admin is responsible for various administrative duties surrounding the projects with some as needed office management duties. This includes the upkeep of all project documentation within the Procore System, assisting, and maintaining constant communications with our Project Managers and OP’s teams. The project admin tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
Job responsibilities:
• Create and update project folder for new jobs in Procore and on the secured shared drives
• Manage and update Procore Documents and Drawings on a needed basis
• Download files received from clients - RFI’s, ASI’s, Bulletins, Revisions, Submittals, etc.
• Create and track tasks for project team
• Create transmittals for Client review & approvals
Reports to:
VP of Operations
Job Duties: Project Admin
Procore:
o Create observations, task, and transmittals
o Continuous Plan, RFI & Specification updates
o Updating folders with the proper project files
o Create and set up projects in Procore
o Input project specific contact list to Procore
o Update folders with the proper project files
o Maintain job folders throughout the duration of project
Document Management:
o Complete all GC requested project forms – including DBE & LEED reporting
o Project Kick-off and closeout documentation process
o Network Project File creation/maintenance
Office Management
o Office supplies: Track inventory of snacks, various supplies and cleaning products
Job Kickoff
o Create a New Project Folder on the Company Network
o Create the Project in Procore
o Create Documents Folders in Procore
