Yes, unfortunately they can do it. The DNR does in fact set and control the hunting regulations., BUT local city and county governments have the right to enact 'No discharge of Weapons' laws. Example- almost every local government has an ordinance against discharging a weapon within the city limits. Even though bow hunting is a legal activity, they can criminalize the act of shooting the bow, so they've got you. Muscogee voters simply need to clean house
