Last night my daughter had one of her girlfriends over for a sleepover. We opted for rotisserie chicken for dinner. So I ran out and secured two birds, a tub of mac-n-cheese and some Hawaiian rolls. In my house, the only person who "likes" chicken breast is my wife. Turns out my daughter's guest preferred dark meat too. So I was left with three breasts in the fridge. So for lunch today I pulled those three breasts, heavily dusted with some Obie-Cue rub and a few squirts of some Head Country Original sauce. These BBQ chicken sliders were quite good!!
