Quail Hunting/Dog Training Access

I am a single hunter with a single dog looking for paid access to quail woods. No real preferences on location/lodging/camping etc. I am mostly looking for a pretty chunk of ground to run my dog on. I would mostly be doing dog training with pen raised birds, maybe with a guest or two at the most, and just a few weekends a year. Bonus points if you believe you have any wild birds; if so we could work out a small harvest limit. A few Woodcock holes would be nice as well.

I understand why this sort of thing is usually not allowed at a typical deer club. That being said, if you have more space than you can use and don't mind having a dog running through the woods a few times a year, I bet we could work something out.

I also understand that there is plenty of public land for dog training available. The issue I have with those places is that they are generally crowded and also not very pretty. I'm willing to pay to have a better experience.
