Good video bud ! Them Mora knives are what I use a lot. Their the real deal. I used to do it like that too. I carried a plastic carpenters knife with a roofers hook for a blade. I went straight down the back and down the center of the legs. It's lightweight and is a great "gut hook" type blade for slipping the skin. Thanks for taking the time for the video and sharing. You do a fine job ! Keep whacking them. Like the Whiskey Myers music too !
