Maybe I will toss a new Timney trigger in it while I am at it. Guess I can start tracking down some dies and brass for it while I wait on the barrel.

If you want to stick with the factory bolt face, any of the belted magnums would fit just right.

It is kinda gettin at me...wondering what someone could do to mess up the receiver.

Jester, I heard they were heating it with a torch and put something through the receiver/ejection port and the bottom feed slot/port and tried to remove it instead of properly using a barrel vise and action wrench. Alchohol and improper knowledge and tools equal disaster. The plus is I got it for $200.

I just wonder if it can be repaired...I know I can check it and see if it is still true. Were they trying to open the feed area up?
