We hunted redlands pretty hard during bow season. Saw plenty of deer, but switched over to private once rifle kicked in. There are deer all over the redlands, but I havent hunted the area you are referencing.
After looking on the map, I like the looks of that area given it is a smaller piece of property. Some good property just north of there as well. Hunting fresh sign is your best bet. Hardwoods and acorns for less pressured deer and hunt the pines if you feel like they have been hunted pretty hard. Or more simply, hunt the thicker stuff if you see more human sign than deer sign.
