I have read the regulations and they are clear as mud. Can I bear hunt in Elbert County? The way I read the regs, no, but just wanting clarification. I never really cared much about bear hunting until one started raiding my deer feeder.

Thanks. It was confusing because it's north of all the counties listed in the northern zone except 1.
