hmm, judging by the numbers of vote on both the non resi violations and non resi lisc increase polls compared to this one, there must be a bunch more non resident hunters either a. posting on woodies or b. care about having their voices heard.

I would fully support an increase ONLY if earmarked for DNR. I would be willing to pay double what I pay now if it would increase the number of enforcement officers and help equip what we have now.

I'm with flinger. If it just went to the general budget and the state got it to hand out to other agencies....NO WAY!!!! But if it went directly to the DNR.... YES!

That said, do you think if we did say, double the cost with half of it going directly to the DNR, would the state cut the DNR budget more since they would feel the DNR was now "self funded"? ::huh:
