Went over to Rocky Mtn this morning and my son caught these two nice bass, anybody know why the one would be so black ?

Good question if they both came from the same body of water!

Great day of bass fishing ! Could be because the lightest colored one is dead maybe and lost its color ??? Some nice filets either way

No they both was alive in picture ! The one is really just that black?

Possibly the water depth they were in maybe . I know they will change in just a little while in a live well
