Ruger American Gen 2

Who makes a left hand bolt gun
Most makers do but the American isn't offered lefty as far as I know.

The Ruger 77 Mark II and Hawkeye come lefty but not sure if in every caliber.

I shoot long guns and pool left handed. Big time left eye dominate.

I finally got to making enough money to buy a few left handed rifles and 1 shotgun. Took me about 1 hunting season to figure out that wasn't going to work.

Semi- auto right handed long guns are not a problem nor is a right eject lever like a Marlin but I DO need to make that first one count with a bolt gun. :bounce:

Anybody close to Clybel and want to shoot either or both of mine- I go down there at least twice a week. Sometimes 3 or 4 times if enough people are shooting.

I scooped up one of the new Predator versions in 7mm-08, last week. I was a little skeptical of the new magazine system at first. I'm sure that I'll get used to it.

That’s the one thing I do not like about it. I wonder if there is a flush mount mag somewhere for it? Don’t want a mag hanging below the stock on my hunting rifle. Love it on my chassis gun though.

I haven't looked for a replacement. I was willing to accept it since it didn't stick out below the trigger guard. The magazine release is what's going to take some time for me to get used to.

Got three Gen I's that I really like. I'd buy a Gen II in 6ARC tomorrow if it wasn't for the protruding magazine.

Got one in .243 for my daughter couple days ago... Still trying to find ammo it likes...
It does fair with Federal 100 grain blue box and 100 grain Sig Sauer premier hunter ...

Top picture was Federal Blue Box bottom pic was Norma both 100 i think ... Still under MOA but I don't like it when it sends the second one off 3/4" then brings the third back to the first one ... seems to be doing it with everything except the Hornady rounds I have ... It don't like any of the Hornady stuff... My Tika loves the SST and this Ruger sprays it ....lol
