Ruger P89 magazine

I have a Ruger P89 DC. In browsing the manual, it says to load fifteen or fewer rounds in the magazine. The mag will only take ten rounds, though there seems to be room for more. Is there a way to make this a fifteen round mag?

Magazines made for sale in states with magazine capacity restrictions are 10 rounders. Buy a 15 round magazine.
