Saluda River below Lake Murray

I lived on Corley Mill Road in Lexington County back in the late 70s through the 80s. Just a hop skip and a jump to the river on private land. Lots of good memories! Anybody fishin' there now? What's it like?

Have yet to fish there but I’ve been in contact with SCDNR about the trout fishing. Apparently they have rainbows successfully reproducing.

I'd heard that. Don't know why they wouldn't COLD water year round. Lots of rocks for oxygenation, lots of bugs and stuff to eat. Used to catch a mixed bag, rainbows, yellow perch, big bream, and stripers. Fun and good eatin'!
