Gander Mountain has the Perception Sport Caster 12.5 for $599. Dick's also has this and the fellow there told me they are likely to go on sale for $499 soon.
Bass Pro Shops has the Ascend FS12 for $479.
Just looking at the pictures (in the links provided) I see the Perception has adjustable foot pegs while the Ascend does not. The stern storage areas are also a bit different. From what I read, neither seat drains so that means wet butt either way.
Which would be a better boat in your opinion?
