SEC vs big 10…

Isn’t this rich. The guy says he doesn’t want to play in the sec championship game then proceeds to lose to a 5&5 Florida and thinks his team still deserves to be in the playoff.

There is so much spin going on in the sec and from sec talking heads thats rediculous at this point. Alabama still sniffing the playoffs and OleMiss thinking they are still worthy of playoff spots is a joke. Bama just took their 3rd loss in a blowout to a terrible Oklahoma team and yet here they are only dropping a few spots again. Sec teams have to lose half their games to drop out of the top 25.

Its crazy to think Texas has a kicker as bad as OSUs kicker or they would have won the mighty sec in its first year as well. Texas also played a mighty sec schedule we all hear about winning all of its sec games except 1 and not 1 win against a top 25 team. How can that be???

There is a 1000 narratives one could make if they like. I guess when your team is as putrid as fl st, you look for other narratives to be apart of online conversations to feel important??? I bet when you posted that James it felt as exciting as a scarce fl st win?

Well, it didn't age well at all. Some even said ut would likely run all over osu. I'm not here to gloat but reading thru this thread all the regulars took part in letting guth and I have it.@elfiii even called us out and said it was sweet we were tag teaming James thread. Anyway, just finished reading back thru all 4 pages and .

Well that’s if you believe what the playoff committee chose as right, and while I admire your support for IU, I still think Saban was right. And yes, he should be commissioner. And I also don’t think we will see a 1 loss team like a IU or similar teams with a weaker schedule be included next year. Maybe that statement won’t age well either but it didn’t help the main goal by including those teams this year - that goal being revenue. Reg season NFL games outdid those games in ratings.

Haha, it’s all good Snooky. You, Guth and your other new supporter above are now very excited and understandably so! Your team and its weak conference bought its way into the playoffs, on the back of rented Pac12 mule. Then yall whipped him and sent him on his way! OSU looks unstoppable now (well rested), no doubt!! So enjoy it and the 1-4 asterisk on Day’s resume when hoisting the trophy. . Warning though, it’ll probably feel a little lighter than Michigan’s undefeated and undisputed one did last year.
